I was contacted by Carlos Rivero in 2014 to assist him to increase profit in his restaurants s and create an environment that supports the employees.
He asked me immediately, can we schedule our time prior to employees arriving and my answer was Absolutely.
I worked to clear and recalibrating the energy grid of the spaces.
I asked him what was different and he stated… “He could feel the shift of the energy that was there personally brought him clarity about the next steps in the business.”
The results they received was increased profitability and better communication between the management team. Customer retention has definitely increased.
Since that one experience, I now work with all the locations and brands throughout Austin on a frequent basis.
