With an incredibly active real estate market, there are very few limitations to selling a well maintained and fairly priced home. This is particularly true in Central Austin where I met Tiffany, a successful realtor. Her listing was a home that by all accounts should sell and sell quickly, but after remaining on the market for nearly five months without a single contract, she felt there must be something else blocking the potential sale of this home. Knowing that the issue was not one of structure nor design, Tiffany was referred to me to assess the energy of the home. Much like dust and dirt, energy can leave a residue on our surroundings and must be periodically cleaned and cleared. This home was no exception and we uncovered that it had gone through tremendous issues requiring a new foundation when it was first constructed causing frustrations with the builder and construction crew. The people may have left the job site, but their energy remained. Tiffany asked if there was anything that could be done in this situation. Absolutely! When I arrived, I immediately felt the chaos that likely many other prospective buyers had felt, as well. I was able to use my foundation in Feng Shui as an energy catalyst to clear the residual energy left from the contractors and construction crew. As a result, the energy was recalibrated and the home was more peaceful, neutral and welcoming. As a result of the home went under contract within two weeks. Tiffany was so pleased (and relieved) that she has brought me into other homes that she has listed. Through our work together, I am able to clear the energy in subsequent homes resulting in a faster and easier closing for all parties involved. It is delight to help a client find success once. It is my life’s work to continue our relationship for the years to come.

Humans are not the only ones who can feel the energy and vibrations that surround us. Animals are a part of our energetic universe and take on the emotions and feelings of their surroundings. Because of this, I am often called upon by owners of animals to help address behavioral issues that are likely grounded in residual energy. This is exactly what was happening with Shari’s two horses, Greely and Pockets. Resistant to training and riding, Shari felt helpless that she would never form a working much less personal bond with her horses. When we first connected, Shari asked me if it is possible for me to be an energy catalyst to horses. I responded it is absolutely possible and we got to work. Through a combination of the energy work found in Feng Shui and the reading our our universal Akashic Records, I was able to immediately tune in to the emotional heart of the horses. Each was storing a unique level of trauma which was residual energy from their previous owners. Greely had his own set of issues and while I communicated and work with him he was able to release the past. He came to an amazing place of peace. On the other end of the energetic spectrum, Pockets was terrified of (his?) previous owners because of prior abuse received while in their care. Pockets continued to look out for those owners and was not able to find peace. I assisted him in completing the trauma assuring him that the previous owners would never be present again and would no longer be able to cause any further pain nor harm. Because of the Feng Shui energy clearing and the accessing of the Akashic Records, both horses immediately transformed into happier, healthier animals resulting in a closer bond with Shari improving their relationship through training and riding. Like many other clients, this initial session has grown into a lifetime of work with Shari. As a result, I have worked with her in life coaching, hand analysis and maintain an on-going relationship of care.

I was contacted by Carlos Rivero in 2014 to assist him to increase profit in his restaurants s and create an environment that supports the employees.

He asked me immediately, can we schedule our time prior to employees arriving and my answer was Absolutely.

I worked to clear and recalibrating the energy grid of the spaces.

I asked him what was different and he stated… “He could feel the shift of the energy that was there personally brought him clarity about the next steps in the business.”

The results they received was increased profitability and better communication between the management team. Customer retention has definitely increased.

Since that one experience, I now work with all the locations and brands throughout Austin on a frequent basis.

Much of my work with professionals and their offices deals with the clearing of the here and now. Often, however, I am brought in by business owners to help assist in a shift of the energy in their office brought about by changes in team members and/or business opportunities that are opening up or winding down. When I was contacted by well+done DESIGN, an Austin creative services agency, they were experiencing all of the above creating energy shifts that needed to be addressed and neutralized. I was very excited to align with Alisa, the owner of well+done DESIGN, and her team because they were open to the change and eagerly participated in the process to uncover what was next for the company and their individual roles. With my work in Feng Shui, I started by clearing the energy that resided in the office in order to shift the energy of what they desires. I provided them the Feng Shui foundations and recalibrated the energy to support their new beginnings. The bagua or “Feng Shui Map” is deeply rooted in the elements of energy that exist in our universe. By helping people and places become more aligned with this energetic field, I am able to ensure that all are best setup for success. In the case of well+done DESIGN, I positioned the owner’s workspace in the abundance, money and power corner and within a week, her team said could she ‘sit somewhere else for a few days’ to slow down the business growth! In addition to recalibrating their energy grid to abundance, the entire team reported back that they felt more cohesive as each team member was placed in their best position to support their individual efficiency and effectiveness.

They embraced every service I offer for better personal and professional growth. The on-going support has increased business, brought the current team in alignment and championed them to their best. As a service based business, they valued my gifts and how what they learned could translate to their clients.

Inner Sun

As a deep believer in whole body health and wellness, I have been a patient of Chiropractor Dr. Ron Burnett owner of Inner Sun Chiropractic since 1999 (?). I always find it the deepest compliment when someone with whom I have a personal relationship asks me to establish a professional relationship with their businesses. This is certainly true in this case when Dr. Burnett asked me to do a consultation on his medical practice seven years into our personal relationship. Inner Sun Chiropractic is a successful practice, but Dr. Burnett was noticing a shift when they moved the practice to a new location several years ago. Like all small business owners, Dr. Burnett was looking to grow and increase his business with this move. What was special about this relationship, he also sensed that after the move, something felt “off” and that the energy was no longer flowing in his practice. After an initial Feng Shui consultation we conducted together, I helped him focus on the old energy of the previous business which remained in the space. Energy is much like dust and dirt. It accumulates in a space from years of use and must be periodically cleaned and cleared. After our session together where I cleared this residual energy, Dr. Burnett immediately felt the old energy of the previous business flow out of Inner Sun Chiropractic. This allowed space for the new and healing energy to flow in. In return, there was an immediate impact to the bottom line of the business. Dr. Burnett has me clear the energy grid monthly as employees and clients will continue to leave their individual energetic residue on spaces and places. Our sessions continue to support the transformation of his business and his staff creating a sacred space which feels more open, peaceful and grounded. Most importantly, a space where clients are able to receive the best care possible.

Milk + Honey

Over 10 years ago, I began my work with Alissa Bayer as she opened milk+honey, one of the first premier day spas in Austin. We connected as she wanted to make sure she accomplished three goals with her business. First, she wanted to generate a strong and loyal client base. Second, it was very important to her that her team was aligned and dedicated. Finally, she wanted to establish and maintain a space that had a neutral energetic flow throughout. One of these goals for any new business is difficult but to achieve all three in the services industry in next to impossible. We began our work together with quarterly energy clearings of the space though my foundation in Feng Shui. Alissa began to see the results of my work as an energy catalyst so quickly that she increased the frequency of my energy clearing and Feng Shui work to monthly. Much like a cleaning crew conducts a deep clean of a space to remove dirt and grime, as an energy catalyst I remove the residual of peoples energy that remain in places and spaces. This is particularly important in spaces like spas, medical offices and other places where clients gather to address and potentially release issues that are built up and concerning in their everyday lives. When this energy is neutralized and recalibrated, I am able to create a space where clients feel safe to visit and frequent, where team members feel aligned and where the space feels welcoming and safe.

As with most of my clients, this initial energy work has expanded to include life coaching for the milk+honey management and leadership teams throughout her numerous locations in Austin and now Houston. I conduct twice monthly clearings in the original Austin location and clear the others on a monthly basis helping all spaces feel reenergized and energetically clean.
